Tubular Stranding Machine for Making Brake Cable Steel Wire Rope
1. Application
This model steel wire rope tubular stranding machine is specially designed for stranding steel wire than,this machine has the advantages of easy operation,working stable,work rotating speed fast, maintenance is convienient.Brake adopts electromagnetic brake, automatic brake when wire is broken, and the tension of wire take-up is controlled by mechanical friction control.
2. Features
2.1.The machine can work steadily with the whole holder, and the protect cover adopts high grade seamless steel tube, so the structure is also steady with lower noises.
2.2.The timing power can be manipulated easily to adjust the speed .The protect cover has the right and reverse direction circumrotate.
2.3. The main machine and the haul-off unit adopt shift gears case, so the working intensity is lower and the pitch is exact.
2.4. Equipped with automatic parking equipment -the safeguard, it means the machine will stop when the thread runs out or the door is open.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
