Industrial Tubular Stranding Machine Steel Wire Rope Machine
1. Application
The machine is mainly used for bare copper, bare aluminum stranded wire, also used for multi-core insulated wire stranded. It can be customized as your wire structure, like 1+6, or 1+6+12 etc. It can be designed with different fencing and different color.
2. Feature
2.1 The tubular cage is annealed, which will reduce the internal stress and increase service life.
2.2 Different transmission: separate motor transmission, ground shaft transmission .
2.3 Bobbins locked with mechanical pintles: one is movable and one is fixed, or Bobbin is fasten on the axis by latch.
2.4 No abrasion damage when stranding.
2.5 Most advanced emergency stop device.
2.6 PLC Equipped, optional.
2.7 Different type back-twist: gear type back-twist, back-twist ring type.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers, Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
